Indonesia Win Silver at ISG 2013

The Indonesian national Under-23 team had to settle for the silver medal when they fell to a 2-1 loss to Morocco in the final of the Islamic Solidarity Games 2013 that was played last night at the Jakabaring Stadium here in Palembang.

An early penalty strike from Alvin Tuasalamony gave Indonesia the best of start but Morocco fought back with the equalizer off H. Aymane in the 72^nd minute before nailing the winner through El Karti Walid eight minutes to the end.

Indonesia are using the tournament as part of their tune-up for the SEA Games 2013 that will be hosted by Myanmar on 11-22 December.
