Located at the Ministry of Youth and Sports office in Senayan on Tuesday (17/9), MoU was directly signed by the Chairman of Committee Olympic Indonesia (KOI), Rita Subowo, and from the Ministry of Youth and Sports that represented by the Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Yuli Mumpuni.
The signing agreement also attended by the National Committee and Regional of ISG III 2013, and assistance team from cross-sectoral.
After the implementation of signing MoU, Yuli Mumpuni said that through the signing of MoU, this operational funds of ISG about 128 billion can be used.
“Now only waiting for the issuance of Payment Order Letter (SPM), after that the fund can be used in two or three days later, and directly submitted to the National Committee”, she explained.
The government will disburse the funds about 128 billion for the ISG. The details, the funds to the central committee amounted of 47 billion (IT costs, broadcast, media and promotion), funds to the regional committee of 79 billion (transportation and accomodation), meanwhile the funds for National Committee of 1.8 billion (operational assisting team cost).
Yuli aslo reminded that in the use of funds should need supervision, in this case the assistance team which is under the Ministry of People’s Welfare Coordinator.
“The assistance team will keep controlling the use of funds and direct appointment later, so that the use of budget does not out of the proposal that have been submitted by the central committee and regional committee of ISG”, she explained. (Adr)
